The location is great, however I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the ‘lock out fee’. We both forgot our keys in the room (obviously completely our fault) and it was around 6:30 Pm when we realised it. When I called the reception to ask if they were still open, the person over the phone told us no and that to open the door to you room there is a fee of $50. I was actually shocked at this. They were persistent with paying before letting us in. I assumed I was paying the fee for someone to come and let us in the property, which makes sense to pay beforehand. They gave us a code for the emergency key access over the phone. So we paid $50 for someone to give us a code, I think that’s quite scandalous to be honest. I wouldn’t have minded paying if someone came out directly, but paying for someone to give us a code doesn’t seem reasonable to me atall. The lady over the phone told us to take our time as I was grabbing some stuff from the room and another lady called and asked if I had returned the key yet, in a very rude manner. I told her I was told there was no rush, this lady was very rude for no reason at all. We were not aware of the lock out fee at all and I’ve never heard of this of any place I’ve stayed ever. I think charging a fee for someone to give access over the phone is beyond ridiculous and on that principle alone would deter me from staying somewhere like this again.

Great location close to the beach. Apartment size was big with full kitchen available including oven, fridge and microwave. A number of pools to pick from across the resort. The only downside is I would have offered guests more towels upfront given there was no cleaning service rather than making people pay for extras.

The location is great- quiet, non touristy and next to the beach (again quiet and less people). The apartment is spacious and clean! The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The beddings are of good quality!

Ocean view was awesome. It was fun to watch the surfers from the deck.
